This page explains how this website handles information when you get in touch with me, Hamza Abika
What the form asks for
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, requested services, project stage, estimated budget, and a message. A website or social profile URL is optional.
How your message reaches me
The website sends your inquiry directly to a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. The script also emails a notification to hamzaabika2@gmail.com A submission confirmation means the Sheet saved your details; an email notification can still be delayed or unavailable if the account reaches its sending quota.
How your details are used
I use inquiry details to understand the project, respond and discuss a potential collaboration — the website does not publish inquiries or store them in public files — messages you send are kept in my email inbox and, when configured, a private Google Sheet for follow-up — you can contact me to request deletion of an inquiry
Cookies and analytics
This version does not include advertising, third-party analytics scripts or tracking cookies — optional event hooks in the code are inactive unless an analytics service is added — form contents, names and email addresses are never included in those events — if tracking is introduced, this page and any required consent controls must be updated first
Technical information
The server and any future hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the website — when direct sending is enabled, the form endpoint uses a temporary request counter to reduce repeated submissions — fonts and the portrait are served locally — your form inputs stay in the page while it is open and are not saved in browser storage
External links
Social profile links, Calendly booking links, and the optional Gmail compose link open external services — those services have their own privacy practices
